The firm is having its offices at Ahmedabad and at Surat, Gujarat.

We have formed 14 Farmers Producers Company Limited Under Companies Act 2013, on behalf of an NGO based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, INDIA, involved in implementing projects of National Bank For Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) in the tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra."

EMPANELMENT :

We are on the panel of Approved Independent Auditors for Projects funded by "THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (USAID)", for their projects in India. The USAID grants funds to NGOs and Other Organizations for conducting various projects as per the agreement entered with respective NGOs and Organizations.

We have also been associated with ROYAL COMMONWELTH SOCIETY FOR THE BLIND (ALSO KNOWN AS 'SIGHTSAVERS, INDIA), which is a UK based international organization that works with its set of partners across more than 30 countries to eliminate avoidable blindness, and fights for the rights and needs of people who are visually impaired or blind. We have been assigned with the project audits being implemented by the Sights avers, India.

We have also been approved as an independent auditor for conducting Expenditure Audit of projects funded by European Union (EU).Recently we have conducted audit of projects funded by European Union, on behalf of our associates.

We are also empanelled for carrying out special audit u/s 142 (2A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for Gujarat region.
